We’re recruiting volunteer Telephone Assessors for our next training programme starting 10th January 2018.
We will be holding an Information and Recruitment Session at our Shrewsbury office on Tuesday 5th December from 10.00 until 1.00. During these sessions you’ll find out more about the role of a Telephone Assessor and the training and commitment required, together with information about Citizens Advice Shropshire and how we serve our local community. Note: there will be a full intake in April for face to face assessors and advisers. We will be holding Information & Recruitment Sessions for this in February 2018.
