Telephone Assessor/ Trainee Telephone Assessor

Salary: £23,946 – £ 24,914 FTE depending on experience + Pension Contribution
Contract: Full time 37 hours per week. Fixed term until 31 March 2025. Further extension of contract subject to funding
Holidays: 28 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Shrewsbury Office
Start: As soon as possible

In this role, you will be responsible to one of our Advice Services Managers.
• Working as part of a paid staff and volunteer team answering calls from our Shropshire Adviceline Telephone Service.
• Progressing to interviewing clients face to face in our Shrewsbury Office.
